My somewhat hiatus started with Dadi and I’s 5-day bummin full of movies, beer, popcorn, lying in bed, food trip, and laughing. This made our friendship and relationship stronger after months of not-having-time due to work. We planned this one to not go anywhere and just enjoy ‘being together’ and we realized, that this is one  of the best things to do in the world. Just go bummin with the one you love.

After a week of being apart after that 5-day staycation, we were together again, this time, at his home. I get to be with his family again, who I love like my own. Being with him and with the ones we love are just priceless.

Though I have him as my best friend, of course, I still got my Ansha family to love ;) I went to school one Monday and fortunately , almost everyone from our family was there! We watched movies at the family’s new sanctuary, and of course, with food trippin to complete the day.

Going back to my Dadilove, we appreciate every moment together, and so as the day we started to become inseparable, coz he started to become my best friend. To celebrate 20 months of strong friendship, I surprised him by baking his favorite: the red velvet cupcake. Everything was worth it coz he LOVED it! :) I just love surprising him and making him feel loved coz he’s also doin the same thing :) I love you bijong! Lol

The next day was his Dad’s bday. Too bad I wasn’t able to come coz I went to school for my clearance and slept at the new apartment. I made him a dessert though, named the Banana Royale. Want a recipe? This is sooo easy!

A surprise interview which led to a great afternoon with the Ansha family! A road+food trip to Merry’s place. I also loved our walk. Nature’s just one of the best masterpiece of the Lord. Oh and good thing I saw Waldo again! *sniff* Missed him! Again, no pictures at Merry’s coz I forgot my iPhone and my cam’s all f****d up. Tsssss. Oh, btw, this is our official ‘Call Me Maybe’ day! We kept on singing and taking videos of us getting crazy with this song. This is your fault, gorgeous people! Click here :)

 P.S.

I just realized…there’s something about food and me. lol

Movie Date Road Trip

thetravelove:

*Late Post*

We went out to see The Vow, which we both didn’t like (sorry). We were too excited to see it, maybe we just expected too much from the trailer.

Anyhoo, we ate at Sbarro at SM Dasma, one of our favorite foodstops. Too bad Dasma’s branch isn’t as good as the other branches. It’s like there are lots of clutter everywhere and they are having a hard time organizing the orders and stuff. Hmmm. Our tastebuds agreed as well. :( Maybe it’s because of the service? We don’t know. Oh well, they’re just new, hope they’ll improve tho.

The mall’s just a bit boring, and maybe, because of the disappointments we had,we decided to go out on a road trip instead and stop wherever.

It drizzled in some parts of our trip. Look at thaaaat rainbow!

Our First Stop: Starbucks Tagaytay! But the whole place is soooo crowded (coz twas a Sunday).

Simple on A Sunday. Rain’s wearing A White Sweater from Marks & Spencer, Black top from H&M , Printed Shorts from Topshop, Blue Loafer from Footglove, Bag from Sophie Martin, Jewelry from Activate Titanium (Bry’s Gift).

Comfy Sunday. Blue top from Hollister, Shorts from a Bazaar, Watch from Guess, Boat shoes from Penshoppe. *Eyewear from Ray-ban.

We decided to go to Robinson’s Tagaytay, (coz it’s usually not that crowded there) and looked for a place to eat.

We went to Bacolod Chicken Inasal, whose menu is eye-catching for they also promote Filipino specialities.Their streamer outside is also catchy with affordable prices, and we saw that no one’s eating there lol so why not give it a try?

Their service is waaaay better. Well, maybe because we were the only ones there that’s why. Rain and her friends have been here before and tho there are lots of customers, their service was still great.

Oh, and that’s us camwhoring while waiting for our orders. lol

When it comes to food, we don’t have any complaints. It was really good but nothing special tho. But will defo come back. :) They had a promo of having this free Buko Pandan. Twas gooood :)

(Forgive us for the photos, we forgot our cam we just used our phones)

We wanna try something new, any suggestions?

Red Burrito

Red Burrito is a KTV/Bar/Resto located at Ibayo Silangan, Naic, Cavite near Petron. (The old Pichaco’s place where Francis M. had a show before ;D)

We went to his home for his sister’s birthday. When we’re on our way back to our home, we had another unexpected trip lol But we don’t wanna go somewhere far anymore since we still have work the next day. and so the nearest is Red Burrito.

The air of course isn’t that fresh and relaxing unlike Tagaytay’s lol but it’s ayt so we decided to stay inside.

They are serving appetizers, pasta, pizza, as well as “Pinoy Pulutan” such as different kinds of Sisig, and more! :) You’ve got lots of choices…

We just ordered these coz we’re still full and we just love to drink to spend time to talk bout everything! Like best friends! :D

Too bad they only got two bottles of Tanduay Ice left. But the good thing is that we get to try these:

We had a couple of bottles and had a good time singin lol I enjoyed singin, laughin, and partyin with him! I am just sooo lucky to have him <3 (cheesy!)

Their air conditioned KTV Rooms are real affordable. Prices are: P100-P150/hour :)

Wearing an oversized polo from a Thrift shop at Tagaytay, Fringe Halter Top from Billabong

Camera Necklace from a Bazaar

Blue loafer shoes from Footglove

This bracelet from Manaoag given by our sweet neighbor :D (I usually have a spare pony tail too, but I already used it for my messy hair bun ;D)

Antique Earrings from a Bazaar

His usual get-up. His shirts from Hollister, His watch from Guess, and boat shoes from Penshoppe.

(I really got frozen for seconds when I saw Penshoppe’s site. lol Click the link to know why! lol :p)

Thank You Dadi for this surprise treat! ;D
